NAD+ must first be built up in our bodies, so we tailor your monthly doses to include  your loading doses, then gradually taper down to less frequent maintenance doses.

Week one includes taking 30u of NAD+ every other day. 

Week two you will increase to 50u every other day.

Week three and on is customized based on your bodies individual needs. Most clients can expect to take a 50u injection 1-2 times per week.
