Frequently Asked Questions
Are there travel frees?
No, we do not charge any travel fees for the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas (Riverview, Clearwater, Wesley Chapel, etc). Areas that require more than a 40 minute drive from Tampa may include a small "out of service area" fee of $50, which will always be discussed before your appointment.
How do I pay?
Payment is completed in person at the time of appointment. We accept both card and cash payments. Checks will not be accepted.
Does the IV hurt?
We prioritize the comfort of our First Class patients. We special order small IV catheters and the IV accessing process is described as minimally uncomfortable. A small needle is used to briefly puncture the skin. Your nurse then slides a small, flexible, straw-like catheter into the cite and immediately removes the needle.
How long does the appointment take?
Most packages can be completed within one hour, with the exception of the NAD+ package, which takes approximately three hours.
Where can I have my IV appointment?
We're happy to provide care in almost any setting! Your home, a friends home, hotel, gym, office, or even wedding venue!
Who will be doing my IV?
Your IV therapy will be given by a Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years of experience in a critical care setting (ER/ICU). This means your nurse has perfected not only their patient care skills, but their IV skills as well.
Does a Doctor review my
information?
We pride ourselves on having a local Medical Director who was born and raised in Tampa. He is highly involved in all aspects of the care of our First Class patients, from reviewing intake forms to designing our packages.
